How does the Accu-Pricing Program Work?

 

  • The program comes on a compact Disk that can be read by any Windows © Excel program. You merely copy the program to a folder on your P.C. It is ready to use right away.

  • All costs of the particular job (task) is included and the final price you should charge for that task will appear to the left of the line.

  • There are hundreds of tasks which should cover any normal job that you have to do. If there is a unique job that you do, it is easy to add it to the program.

  • Each cost of the program can be changed for any individual task or for all tasks. It is a very simple step which is very fast to complete. The default labor cost in the program is $90 per hour. But you can change that to; as an example to $100 or $80 depending on your area and competition. The costs for material can also be changed manually or for all materials at the same time. The right side of the program is the area you make any changes.

  • You then print out the left side of the results which you will show your customer. We provide a professionally looking binder that will include dividers and pages for all tasks.

While the program is quite intuitive, it comes with a complete detailed  Instruction Manual.
